Originally, the Overseas Community Affairs Council specially invited experts and scholars to visit the Philippines and consult local schools, as well as to write a new version of the textbook for the overseas compatriot schools. These textbooks are freely offered to more than 60 schools. Presently, the Overseas Community Affairs Council continues to enhance textbooks to further meet the needs of the Overseas Community language teaching in the Philippines.
