To enhance the connection with the overseas compatriots, during every Lunar New Year and National Day festivals, the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) sends the "Cultural Goodwill Mission Troupes" out on several overseas performance tours. Formed by selected excellent art groups, the troupes showcase the diversity of Taiwanese culture, celebrate with overseas compatriots, and promote Taiwan to the world.

Cultural Goodwill Mission Tours in 2023
With 3 years of waiting, the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) continues to resume the Cultural Goodwill Mission Tours after the COVID-19 pandemic.
From this August, the OCAC had sent 4 troupes including Zhang Manyun Studio, Formosa Melody Music Center, Formosa Circus Art (FOCA), and Diabolo Dance Theatre as the "Cultural Goodwill Mission Troupes" to perform in 15 countries across 6 continents.
